    Before Joshua Grippo came to Radolo, he was a Sr. Project Manager at Deloitte with 12 years of experience in the arenas of enterprise system architecture, database design, implementation, and administration, project management, and system requirements gathering. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Mathematics and Computer Science and is PMP certified through the Project Management Institute. He is experienced in providing solutions that use Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and Oracle.

Painless

Let’s get it out of the way, communicating with developers sucks. They speak a different tech language and often don’t understand your business. This translates to apps that often meet all the requirements, but somehow don’t really do exactly what you needed. Enough of that. Our developers handle all the technical work so we can focus on what really matters; the business problem. We manage the entire process from brainstorming the best solution to building it and running it in our virtual Cloud. Our philosophy is that an easy process makes a happy customer.

We’ve seen countless business applications and we’ve noticed that the design bar isn’t set very high. Many of them were perfectly functional, but the user interface was awful and made them hard to use. We view the user interface as an asset that has yet to be realized at a large scale in the business application world. We use the user interface to assist the user in determining the process flows and making the application as intuitive as possible. With the advent of smart phones and tablets people are getting used to well-designed applications in their personal life and they’re starting to demand it from the companies they deal with as well. We have designers on staff who are focused on making sure every application we develop is both sexy to look at and visually easy to understand.

A Brief History

Radolo was created by seasoned entrepreneurs who have decades of business application development experience. The founders recognized the pain that business managers were facing in keeping up with demands to innovate.

Corporate IT solutions typically are too inflexible and slow to adapt to meet the needs of many business unit managers. Additionally, packaged and custom solutions often require significant involvement from IT which is usually backlogged and thus unable to assist the business manager. Radolo was created to help alleviate these pains and allow managers to focus on their business.

We will work with you to understand your needs and leverage our extensive experience to not only meet your requirements, but determine the most efficient long-term solution. This will allow you to not just replace a current process, but leverage technology to create real improvements.
